A. Yes, they’re all registered before they leave at 13 weeks

A. Yes, my prefix has been registered with the GCCF since 2000
Q. Are the cats fully vaccinated?
A. Yes, fully vaccinated to include Leukemia. Remember that your cat will need an annual booster.
Q. Would it be best if the Tonkinese we buy is a Burmese/Siamese cross?
A. Yes, that is the only way one can get the breed, Tonkinese
Q. Are Tonkinese happy as a house cat?
A. Yes, Tonkinese are very happy to be house cats
Q. What is the usual temperament of a Tonkinese cat?
A. They are wonderful, loving cats and although energetic at play, they are calm and sensible in the home environment.
Q. If I am out all day, should I consider two Tonkinese Kittens?
A. Tonkinese kittens love the company of each other. A single Tonkonese kitten would not be suitable to be alone at home all day.
Q. What do I need for my kitten?
A. They are litter tray trained and you need a closed in litter tray. A Tamtonks Tonkinese kitten would not be allowed to leave home without a suitable cat carrier. It's ideal to provide a “cat tower” with a scratching pad, sisal rope and elevated platforms, as the cats love to climb. Tonkinese cats also love lots of toys. You will also need a food and water bowl.
Q. Can I let my cat out into the garden?
A. Only under supervision. Tonkinese kittens do not have good road sense. If one had a reasonably large garden, they would be quite happy to play, as they don’t necessarily have a roaming instinct. These days it is favorable to put a large cat run in the garden, due to the constant flow of traffic on most roads.
Q. What’s the best food for my cat?
A. Your Tamtonks Tonkinese kitten has been raised on an excellent quality dried food, which is available from most pet shops. You must ensure that your cat has access to fresh water at all times.
Q. What colours are Tamtonks Tonkinese kittens available in?
A. The four Tonkinese base colours are brown, blue, chocolate and lilac.
Q. Can I come and look at the kittens?
A. Certainly, the kittens are available for viewing by appointment only.
