Welcome to anyone who is interested in the amazing world of Tonkinese and Burmese cats. Dare I say 'cats' within earshot of Lilly, my first incredible girl, or any of my other girls? They are all tiny people in fur coats. I say that because of the way they integrate into your home by virtue of their huge personalities and love of humans.

This is the home of Tamtonks Tonkinese & Burmese Cats, Hythe, Hampshire
My name is Christine, I have been breeding Tonkinese cats since 2000, and have recently begun breeding Burmese. I am a member of the Tonkinese Breed Club and Tonkinese Cat Club, have served on both Committees and the Breed Advisory Committee. I currently serve on the Tonkinese Breed Club Committee. I breed in accordance with GCCF code of ethics. It gives me great pleasure to breed these incredibly intelligent, outgoing, affectionate felines. I continue to breed, to give other people the opportunity to experience the joy of adopting, and sharing their lives with a cat that will quickly become an irreplaceable part of their family. Kittens are available to selected homes. They leave our care fully weaned, wormed, litter tray trained, vaccinated to include Leukaemia, GCCF or TICA registered, with a full five-generation pedigree.
All kittens are born in my bedroom and raised in the home, integrated into the rest of the household as and when their mum thinks they are ready. That is usually when she would like the little terrors to start eating independently and give her a break Subsequently they are weaned and litter-trained, which is quick and easy due to their intelligence. They then have the run of the house.
